What Is Reputation Management?

Reputation Management helps you:

    • Request reviews from happy clients
    • Monitor your online reviews (Google & Facebook)
    • Respond quickly to positive or negative feedback
    • Build trust by showing off your best reviews

It’s a simple way to improve your online presence and gain credibility.


1. Where to Find It
    • Go to the Reputation section in your main menu
    • You’ll see your current review stats and options to manage reviews
2. Requesting Reviews
  1. To ask clients for reviews:
  2. Click “Request Review
  3. Choose whether to send via Email or SMS
  4. Select the contact(s) you want to ask
  5. Use the pre-written message or customise it
  6. Click Send

Tip: Only send to happy clients to reduce the chance of negative reviews.


3. Review Monitoring
    • Connect your Google and/or Facebook pages
    • See new reviews as they come in
    • View star ratings, comments, and the review source
    • Sort by rating or date to stay on top of feedback
4. Responding to Reviews
    • Click on any review to write a public response (on Google or Facebook)
    • A polite, professional reply builds trust and shows great customer service
    • For negative reviews: stay calm, apologise if needed, and offer to resolve the issue privately
5. Reporting & Insights
    • Track how many reviews you’ve received
    • See your average rating over time
    • Spot trends or changes in customer feedback
