Mobile App Help Guide
We’ve put together a simple guide below to help you get started with our mobile app. It runs through an app called LeadConnector, which we’ve connected to our platform to make things easier for you. It’s really straightforward to use and super handy when you’re on the go.
Step 1: Download the LeadConnector App
For iPhone (iOS):
- Open the App Store on your device.
- Search for “LeadConnector“.
- Tap “Get” to download and install the app.
- Or you can visit the app store here directly.
For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Search for “LeadConnector“.
- Tap “Install” to download and install the app.
- Or you can visit the app store here directly.
Step 2: Log In to Your Account
- Open the LeadConnector app.
- Enter your login credentials (Your email and password).
- Tap “Sign In“.
Step 3: Navigate the Dashboard
Upon logging in, you’ll see the Dashboard, which provides an overview of your activities.
- Recent Activities: Displays the latest interactions and updates.
- Average Rating: Shows your current customer satisfaction score.
- Conversations Overview: View and reply to all your conversations.
Step 4: Manage Conversations
- Tap the “Conversations” icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Here, you can view and respond to messages from leads and clients.
- To reply, tap on a conversation, type your message, and hit “Send“.
Step 5: Access and Manage Contacts
- Tap the “Contacts” icon at the bottom.
- Browse through your list of contacts.
- To add a new contact, tap the “+” icon.
- Fill in the contact details and tap “Save“.
Step 6: Manage Calendar and Appointments
- Tap the “Calendar” icon at the bottom.
- View your scheduled appointments.
- To add a new appointment, tap the “+” icon.
- Enter the appointment details and tap “Save“.
Step 7: Handle Invoices
- Tap the “Invoices” icon at the bottom.
- View, create, and manage your invoices directly from the app.
Note: This feature allows you to send invoices to clients and track payments.
Step 8: Configure Notifications
To ensure you receive timely updates:
- Go to your device’s Settings.
- Navigate to Notifications.
- Find and select LeadConnector.
- Enable Allow Notifications and choose your preferred alert styles.
Note: If you’re not receiving notifications, try reinstalling the app or checking your notification settings.
