Setting Up Calendars for Each Team Member


Why Give Each Team Member Their Own Calendar?

Having separate calendars means:

    • Each person gets their own booking link.
    • You can track who is booked and when.
    • Clients book directly with the right person.

Where to Find Calendars
  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Click “Calendars” from the left-hand menu.
  3. You’ll see a list of your existing calendars.

How to Create a Calendar for a Team Member
  1. Click “+ New Calendar” (top right).
  2. Choose “Create from Scratch“.
  3. Give the calendar a name:  e.g. “Jess – Haircuts” or “Ben – Consultations”.

Assign the Right Team Member
  1. In the calendar setup, look for the section called “Team Members” or “Assigned Users“.
  2. Tick the box next to the team member who should own the calendar.
  3. (Optional) If you want clients to choose from multiple staff, you can assign more than one person.

Set the Availability
  1. Choose which days and times this team member is available for bookings.
  2. You can set breaks, lunch hours, or specific hours per day.

Save and Share
  1. Click Save to finish.
  2. You’ll get a booking link for that calendar. Share it with clients so they can book directly with the right team member.

Quick Tips
    • Each staff member can have their own calendar and link.
    • You can change availability or users anytime by editing the calendar.
    • Use the calendar view to see everyone’s bookings in one place.
