Services Help Guide
We have created the below guide to help you create services on our dashboard.
You will need to create services if you plan to have more then one service. By using the services section, you will be able to keep your calendar bookings more organised and tailored to each service.
Why Use Services?
Using services helps you:
- Offer multiple types of appointments (e.g. Consultations, Treatments, Sessions)
- Set specific durations and buffer times
- Assign appointments to the right team member
- Link prices and payments if needed
How to Create a Service
- Go to the Settings area
- Click on Services
- Click + Add Service
- Fill in the following:
- Service Name (e.g. “Free Consultation”)
- Duration (e.g. 30 mins)
- Buffer Time before or after (optional)
- Price (leave blank if free)
- Team Member the service applies to
5. Save your service
Linking a Service to a Calendar
Once your service is created:
- Go to Calendars
- Create a new calendar or edit an existing one
- Under the Availability or Service section, choose the service(s) to offer
- Save and publish your calendar
Clients will now see the service name and details when booking.
