Tracking Team Performance and Activity​

Why Track Team Activity?

Tracking what your team is doing helps you:

    • See who’s following up with leads.
    • Spot who needs help or training.
    • Reward team members doing a great job.

You don’t need spreadsheets, our platform shows you everything in one place.


What You Can Track

You can see:

    • How many leads each team member is handling.
    • How many texts, and emails they’ve sent.
    • Appointments booked or completed.
    • Response times and follow-ups.

Where to See Team Activity
  1. Log into your dashboard.
  2. Click “Reporting” in the left-hand menu.
  3. Go to “Agent Reporting“.

What You’ll See

Each team member will have their own row or profile showing:

    • Number of leads assigned
    • Texts sent
    • Emails sent
    • Appointments booked

This helps you see who’s active and how they’re performing.


Bonus: Conversations Tracking

To see messages and replies:

  1. Go to “Conversations” in the menu.
  2. Use the filters to view messages by team member.

You can check who’s replied to which clients and how quickly.
