Website editing help guide
We build your website for you as part of your subscription. If you would like to make small edits yourself, such as changing text, replacing an image or adding a booking calendar, this guide will show you how.
Before you start
Your website is included as part of your subscription, and we are here to help with the main setup.
This guide is for small edits only, such as changing wording, updating images or adding an existing booking calendar to a page.
Step 1: Access the website editor
From your dashboard:
- Click Sites from the menu on the left.
- Click Websites.
- Select the website name you want to edit.
- Click Edit Page next to the page you want to change.
Step 2: Edit text on the page
To edit text:
- Hover over the text you want to change.
- Click once, and it will turn into an editable text box.
- Type in your new text.
- Use the small toolbar to make text bold, italic, change the size, change the colour or add a link if needed.
Make sure you click Save at the top right when you are finished.
Step 3: Change an image
To replace an image:
- Click on the image you want to replace.
- In the left-hand panel, click Choose Image.
- Upload a new photo from your device.
- Click Insert.
The image will update inside the editor.
You can also adjust the image size or alignment from the left-hand panel if needed.
Step 4: Insert a booking calendar
If your booking calendar has already been set up, you can add it to your website page.
To insert a booking calendar:
- In the editor, click the + button to add an element.
- Drag the Calendar element to where you want it on the page.
- Choose the correct calendar from the dropdown, such as Consultation Booking.
- The calendar will appear on the page.
Use the mobile view icons at the top of the editor to check how it looks on mobile.
Step 5: Save and publish your changes
After making changes, always click Save at the top right.
Then click Publish to make the changes live on your website.
Quick tips
- Only make small edits if you are confident with the editor.
- Check both desktop and mobile view before publishing.
- Always save your changes before leaving the editor.
- Raise a ticket if you need help with bigger website changes.
