How to Log In to Your Account
- Use the login link provided within your Welcome Email or app.youreasyadmin.com
- Save your login details securely for future use
- This will be used for our mobile app too.
Connecting Your Accounts
To make everything work smoothly, we recommend connecting:
- 3rd Party Email (Gmail & Outlook)
- Settings > My Profile > Email (2-Way-Sync)
- Social Media Accounts, Including Facebook and Instagram.
- Marketing > Social Planner
- Google My Business (for reputation and reviews)
- Marketing > Social Planner

Connecting a Payment Provider (Optional)
We have several payment providers you can connect too. Taking payments for your bookings is just another feature, it is optional.
- To connect a payment provider you will need to go to your dashboard.
- Payments > Integrations > Pick a provider and connect to them. You will need to create an account.
- Different ways of taking payments.
- Through Bookings
- Taking deposit for bookings
- You can request payments through your dashboard.
- You can take payments through our app, no need for a card terminal. (As long as its contactless)
- Each Payment Provider has different fees, the most popular one is stripe.
- Transaction fees of typically 1.5% and 20p. This is for standard cards.
- To connect a payment provider you will need to go to your dashboard.
How To Import or Add Your Client Base
If you already have a list of clients on another platform, you will be able to upload them to ours with ease. If you have a hand written ledger of clients you wish to upload, you can manually add them to your contact list too.
- Uploading a bulk List of clients.
- To upload the client list they need to be in Excel Format or CSV.
- Uploading them is easy, only takes 4 steps.

Setting Up Your Mobile Number
Before you can begin using your new mobile number, this article will walk you through how to set it up quickly and correctly. It explains everything you need to know in a simple, step-by-step way. As always, if you need any help with, please just reach out to us. .
Day-to-Day Use of the Platform
Thanks for completing the form in our first email! We’ve set up everything you need to get your business running on our platform. Here’s some handy info to help make using it day to day as easy and stress-free as possible.
- Calendar and Appointment Bookings.
- If you provided your services information through the form we sent in the welcome email, you will not need to do anything.
- In the calendar page in your dashboard you will see all bookings made on your website.
- For further learning:
- All-in-one conversations (Conversations)
- Once you have set up your 3rd party email, Google My Business account and connected your social media accounts, they will all appear here. Including all bookings and SMS’.
- For further learning:
- Review System Set up. It can be left as is, if you wish.
- Clients will be sent a review request 2 hours after appointment.
- The Review link will be the one you selected in the form, if you want it changing please raise a ticket. We will have it changed ASAP or you can change it yourself by going to Reputation > Settings > Review Link.

- Taking Payments
- Take booking payments through your calendar bookings on your website. You can also choose to take a deposit for bookings.

- Professional Email Address Information
- Example: Info@YourWebsite.com
- This email address is designed to help you communicate with potential and existing clients in a more professional and branded way, ideal for enquires, bookings, and general business use.
- It’s important to note that this address should not be used for mass marketing or cold emailing. Sending large volumes of unsolicited emails can harm your website’s domain reputation, and once that happens, it’s extremely difficult to recover.
- Cold emailing is a complex process that requires specific systems, experience and compliance with strict email laws. Our platform is not configured for cold email sending, and using it for this purpose may result in your email account being suspended or permanently closed if misuse continues after a warning.
- This professional email is here to enhance your business image and maintain a strong sender reputation, helping you build trust with clients from day one.

- SMS / Texting / Calling Information
- You are given your own actual mobile number that no other person or company has access too.
- This number is not for voice calls, it is for SMS texting only. This number is designed for booking reminders and promotions.
- If someone calls your SMS number, they will receive an automatic SMS letting them know how to contact you properly.
- If you use this number to make outbound calls through your dashboard, there’s a 2p charge per a minute, depending on the type of number you called.
- Your Tier 1 account includes 100 free SMS credits each month. Tier 2 is, 200.
- After your first 100 free SMS’, additional messages are charged at 5p per SMS.
